Kevin Nuttall is the Founder and Managing Director of Waterfield. Kevin’s vision for Waterfield is to achieve outstanding outcomes for organisations by harnessing the collective knowledge and intelligence available. Kevin’s career has been focused on championing facilitation as an approach to helping organisations survive and thrive through change.  He has facilitated thousands of groups across many sectors and has built an experience base that brings a broad perspective to clients’ issues.

An internationally respected Strategy Facilitator with over 20 years’ experience, Kevin works with senior management teams to develop and implement organisational strategies.

Kevin has worked across the globe in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His philosophy is that people own what they create and will work towards a collaborated goal. He designs and facilitates the process to allow this collective knowledge to be shared and implemented.

His clients include many Government entities, top 150 companies and small organisations in FMCG, Construction/Property, Recruitment, Finance/Banking firms and Publicity.

Kevin is adept in making people think and turning that thought into valuable action points and subsequent success. His workshops have helped organisations turn the corner, assisted personnel in adapting to change, provided in depth strategies for moving forward, and focused executives on well-developed strategic plans.
